Mary Gadd
Mary has a keen interest in our individual differences — and how these differences create both benefits and problems for organisations!
Mary has held executive “change” positions in both public and private sector organisations. As an independent consultant she now uses her experience to support individuals and senior teams who are leading their people through uncertainty.
Her strengths lie in leadership development and executive coaching. In practical terms she works with people to develop clarity and expand their choice of effective behaviours. She understands that people are often under pressure from conflicting agendas and supports them in addressing immediate priorities as well as creating confidence and capacity for strategic delivery.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and of the Association of Coaching, Mary is a registered NLP practitioner, licensed to use instruments including MBTI©, CAL and Schor 360©. Her ongoing professional development includes post graduate qualifications in Educational Management, Business Coaching and Mentoring and Organisational Change.
Clients value how she combines support and empathy with being strong (and tough) when necessary, creating a safe and honest space within which change can happen. Her strong theoretical grasp is balanced by pragmatism and a sense of humour.
