Elizabeth Forbes
Elizabeth has many years experience at senior levels in the public sector. In local government, she moved from educational policy and planning into corporate management, working for four different councils, including Chief Executive of a local council. Working for central government with a brief for improvement and capacity building across local authorities, Elizabeth is skilled at developing partnerships and leading diverse teams.
With a degree in English and an MSc in Management, she also holds the ILM Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching and is a qualified MBTI practitioner (Steps I & II)
Elizabeth harnesses her experience, insight and creative skills in coaching and facilitating senior colleagues to achieve personal and organisational objectives. Helping people assess and re-frame challenges and explore their own strengths to identify courses of action, she also works with groups through a blend of support and challenge, to bring insight and build on positive practice.
