Christine Archer
Born and raised in Kenya, university educated in Britain and having lived in France, Christine has a diverse background. This experience of different cultural and political contexts gives her a unique understanding of cultures, organisations and their impact on people.
Christine has substantial experience and a proven track record as an education advisor, a former fellow (London University), consultant, facilitator, team and executive coach. She is happy leading large one-off events or working intensely with individuals, top teams and learning sets in the long or short term.
Her preferred style is a light touch. However, she can be challenging, posing difficult questions while giving people confidence to do the same. She can hold a group in a potentially difficult place, manage emotions and reflect back what she sees. This makes her acutely effective in leadership learning.
Colleagues and clients alike say Christine stretches groups to exceed expectations — and practices what she preaches. She can take radical, highly creative approaches and also be gently supportive. She always maintains a dual perspective, engaging with people while keeping a detachment. This overview of where a group is going ensures the most effective intervention.
Christine is trained as a team coach with The Coverdale Organisation and in Psychosynthesis. She is also an accredited user of psychometric instruments including MBTI and EQ.
Her real talent lies in helping people enjoy their work and lives, by exploring potential through a range of dynamic, stretching and fun techniques.
