Adrian′s career spans sales, operations, process improvement and project management, as well as experience in senior positions in financial services, insurance and banking.
Adrian is authorised to use psychometric instruments including MBTI, is qualified to use the Margerison-McCann Team Management System, holds the Association of Project Management′s Professional Qualification and holds a postgraduate qualification in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University.
