Evaluating your outcomes
Thorough evaluation is intrinsic at every stage.
To achieve this we:
- Establish concise, assessable objectives and outcomes for each phase of your programme
- Agree specific performance criteria with you for each strand of activity
- Review the first phase against objectives with a representative steering group, which maintains a watching brief
- Assess performance regularly against agreed benchmarks in internal review meetings - progress reports are provided as you require them.
Continual evaluation means we are highly responsive to your needs, and deliver the best results. Wherever possible, we use your own evaluation procedures and propose methods for following up longer-term outcomes.
