Our Directors
Faraday Directors bring extensive experience of organisational and leadership development, primarily in the public sector. Every contract is assigned to one of Faraday’s three Directors in order to provide the greatest measure and reassurance of accountability.
Christine Archer
Born and raised in Kenya, university educated in Britain and having lived in
France, Christine has a diverse background. This experience of different
cultural and political contexts gives her a unique understanding of cultures,
organisations and their impact on people.
Dorothy Leng
As a specialist in strategic planning, an experienced project manager and a skilled
communicator, Dorothy is always sensitive to people’s diverse needs and ambitions.
Dorothy has extensive public and private sector marketing experience with particular
expertise in communications and customer service.
Derek Bell
In his career Derek has worked extensively in the UK and Europe for governments,
multi-national corporations, local government and charities. He has a strong track
record in working with diverse organisations on global leadership programmes,
executive coaching, facilitation of groups and workshops.
