Total accountability for every contract is assigned to one of our directors, who is responsible for shaping your delivery team.
Full details of key consultants are always given to you for final approval. Day-to-day contract management is assigned to a lead consultant.
The lead director, lead consultant and key programme consultants are responsible for programme design, in partnership with you. The lead director provides a crucial independent perspective at all review meetings.
You may require different levels of contact for various parts of your programme, but our internal procedures ensure you always get a fast response to any request.
We have clear systems for contract management. Any high sensitivity issues follow strict checklists and sign-off procedures. We are registered under the Data Protection Act and observe all relevant data privacy guidelines and protocols. All key documents (such as outlines, reports, workshop/course materials) are co-designed or double-checked by one of your lead partners.
