A partnership with you is the bedrock of our approach
Our first priority is to fully understand your goals. We explore your objectives (and their impact) with you. This meticulous analysis requires meeting those involved to grasp their perspective and needs.
For major projects we recommend a steering group, comprising both our and your contract managers, representatives and key internal stakeholders. They maintain a watching brief over your programme and are the first to receive any evaluation.
We closely liaise with your internal team throughout the design phase. At least one initial meeting is needed to set objectives and finalise the brief, plus a further meeting to approve the final design.
Documented procedures with specific performance criteria for each strand of activity are then set up. These procedures are always agreed with you first.
We review the initial evaluation with you and as necessary afterwards to review outcomes. You are assured of frequent contact on all programme administration and delivery.
