Stephen Burt
Stephen has firsthand knowledge of the many challenges facing senior executives. Much of his work deals with the practical trials of leadership and personal effectiveness.
He brings over 20 years experience in the civil service and local government, including high profile senior posts in the Department for Education & Skills and the Government Office for the South East.
Stephen trained as a coach with The Coverdale Organisation and the School of Coaching at the Work Foundation. His clients say he is both challenging and supportive. All value his perceptiveness, intelligent creativity and acute focus on action.
