Bhavna

Bhavna joined Faraday in 2009 as a Programme Support Manager.  She comes from a professional background in customer service, administration and personal assistance to Directors. 
Previous experience includes working at:            
ITFC LTD (Independent Television Facilities Centre)
BRITISH AIRWAYS, Heathrow Airport Terminal 5
GEORGIA-PACIFIC GB LTD. (Table Top Division)
BBC TV
Johnsons (Accountants & Tax Consultants)
Ladbrokes

Her qualifications include

Pitman’s Legal and Medical Secretarial Diploma course
ACT software systems
First aid
She is also qualified in a variety of IT programmes (Pitman’s) to advanced level

At Faraday she has responsibility for office management and is the first point of contact for clients and handling enquires and queries.  Bhavna maintains and develops Faraday’s customer database and manages the office diary. She enjoys supporting the development programmes which Faraday runs which can involve anything from sourcing and booking venues to collating post event evaluation forms. 
Asked if she enjoys working for Faraday?  ‘I LOVE IT’ I enjoy the variety – including the people (clients and associates)’.  ‘Covent Garden is a great place to work but dangerous (The Shops!)’.
After leaving the office, she is a part time reading assistant in her daughter’s primary school.
